Privatization of wine sales

What does everyone think about privatizing wine sales in states? Many states have very restrictive laws around the sale of wine and as a result many wineries are simply unable to get their wine(s) out to wanting consumers. The potential downfall of privatization is out of control costs and quality concerns.
