Cheese Round Hors D'oeuvres Spread

This one is always a crowd favorite. Soft sharp cheddar flavored cheese with sweet mango chutney topped with bacon and spring onion. A taste explosion... the cracker never knew what hit it! Warning... you will eat until you are sick!!

16 oz. extra sharp sheddar cheese, grated
8 oz. cream cheese
2 cloves minced garlic
4 tbsp. sherry
1 full jar of Major Grey's Mango Chutney (or any other sweet chutney)
1 pound cooked bacon, crumbled
8 to 10 spring onions, chopped
Mix first four ingredients with hands and mold into cheese round
Spread chutney on top of cheese round, thoroughy covering
Cover entire cheese round with with onion and bacon
Serve on crackers of your choice
