Peach Cobbler

Classic dessert and easy to make

3 cups sliced fresh (or canned) peaches
1 Tbl lemon juice
1 cup sifted all purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 beaten egg
6 Tbl melted butter
Place peaches in a casserol dish
Sprinkle with lemon juice
Combine dry ingredients in mixing bowl then blend in beaten egg until somewhat crumbly
Place mixture over peaches then drizzle melted butter
Bake at 375 for 35-40 minutes
